You’re such a hardworking, caring person and yet – even as you give and give and give – somehow, things seem to have gotten worse. You’re not getting back even close to as much as you’re putting out. Everyday life is hard enough – there’s a job to do, bills to pay, plenty of other responsibilities and challenges.

My clients often struggle with challenges in their relationships, whether they be romantic, friendly or family. My clients worry about abandonment, often finding issues from their past show up and negatively affect their relationships. Some feel they may be in a codependent relationship but not sure.

Our work together will help you understand how past pain affects present relationships. Although it may never truly go away, you can confront it in a way that allows you to move forward and find happiness.

 

 

Welcome, I’m Michele Seeley

After being out of school for almost two decades, I went back to do this work because I knew it was something I’d be good at that would also be helping people. I haven’t looked back since. This work is by far the most rewarding work I’ve done. There’s no better feeling than helping my clients break through and out of negative thinking. I love seeing my clients achieve the goals we set together. And I love guiding them on their journey to a healthier, happier life.

    We’ll meet weekly or bi-weekly via Zoom for 50 minute sessions. Be in your safe surroundings and we’ll dive deep into the issues blocking you from living your best life.
