Meet Michele Seeley LCMHC
You’re already stronger than you think you are.
If there’s one thing I’ve learned in my life that I apply to every therapy client I see, it’s that…
LIFE DOESN’T END AFTER ONE BAD EVENT
Are you ready to make a change?
You’re in the right place.
I love helping women find empowerment, healthy boundaries, and ultimately work towards creating healthier and happier lives for themselves
I’ve practiced counseling in a private setting as well as a non-profit agency treating such issues as depression, anxiety, sexual abuse, trauma and domestic violence. Volunteering and working for three years as an adult advocate assisting clients in obtaining restraining orders, allowed me to become familiar with the judicial system.
When I’m not helping my clients reach new breakthroughs, I enjoy listening to podcasts of any thing positive and motivating. Yarn is an expensive passion but I can’t get enough. Knitting and crochet are pastimes that calm me while I’m being creative. I enjoy spending time with family and friends. If you ask anyone who knows me if I love animals……..the answer will always be YES!!!!!
